Pro Diets is a comprehensive meal planning and activity tracking platform designed for professional use, accessible exclusively through activation by a certified nutrition counselor. Users can log into the system using credentials provided by their counselor during the setup of their web-based cloud account.

The platform allows nutrition professionals to configure personalized meal plans, grocery lists, daily caloric intake targets, and weight management objectives within the user's cloud profile. These customized settings, which include parameters such as daily calorie budget, target weight, BMI, and macronutrient ratios, are then synchronized to the Pro Diets mobile application to facilitate ongoing management.

Operationally, users can access their daily meal plan recommendations, view grocery lists, and log food consumption and physical activities directly within the app. These entries enable users to monitor their caloric intake and expenditure in real time, aligning their behavior with the goals established by their counselor. The cloud platform also supports online logging via a web portal, with all data automatically synchronized across devices to ensure consistency. This information remains accessible to both users and their assigned nutrition professionals for ongoing review and guidance.

Enhanced functionality is available through integration with Apple Health. Users can enable automatic synchronization of step counts and calorie data by navigating to Settings within their profile and activating the “Enable Apple Watch Sync” option, ensuring up-to-date tracking of daily physical activity.
